Our Board of Directors
Donald
R. Price, JD
Board Chair
Don is Professor Emeritus at
Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia where he taught
for 23 years. He and his wife Ruth live in the Doylestown area
and are members of the Indian Creek Church of the Brethren.
He has been a member of the PBC Board of Directors (on and off)
since inception in 1971.

Bonnie
Breisch, RN
Bonnie and her
husband Charles live in the Harleysville area. She is a life
long member of the Ambler Church of the Brethren where she serves
on the Deacon Ministry and as Teacher in the Infant Nursery.
She has been a member of the Board since 2004. The couple has
two married children. Bonnie works in nursing as a researcher
in clinical trial studies. |

Frankenfield
John and his
wife Jane have two married children and live in Harleysville.
They are members of the Blooming Glen Mennonite Church. John
is self-employed as the President of Franconia Insurance &
Financial Services in Harleysville. John in 2004 joined the
PBC Board of Directors.

Philip
E. Keeler
Phil and his wife
Sue live in Harleysville where they attend the Indian Valley
Mennonite Church. Phil is the Corporate Secretary and the Manager
of Corporate Taxes for Hatfield Quality Meats, in Hatfield,
PA. He has been a member of the PBC Board of Directors since
2000.

Cynthia
Limbert
Cynthia lives
in Quakertown with her husband Bruce and two sons, Shawn &
Christopher. Her daughter, Mandi, is married to Kris Clauss
and has two sons, Gabe & Connor. The Limbert's are members
of Indian Creek Church of the Brethren. Cynthia holds a BSN
in nursing and works for Grand View Hospital where she manages
the hospital's Department of Nursing. She is a member of the
PBC Auxiliary and has been a Board member since 2003.

Thomas
E. Nolan, DVM
Tom and his wife
Carolyn live in the Harleysville area and are members of the
Salford Mennonite Church. He retired from his position as Veterinary
Doctor at Merck & Company and is presently co-owner of Solomon
Scientific. He has been a member of the PBC Board of Directors
since 1998.

Betty
Lou Nyce
A graduate of
Abington School of Nursing, Betty Lou has used her clinical
skills and medical expertise to the benefit of the PBC Board
of Directors for five terms – now in her sixth. She
and her husband Alfred live in Lansdale and are members of
the Ambler Church of the Brethren.

Stuart
Sutter, Ph.D, Esq
Stuart has served
on the PBC Board for more than eleven years. He served as Chairman
for five of those. Prior to his retirement, he served as Vice
President and Patent Counsel for SmithKline Beecham of Phila.
where he was employed for over 27 years. Stuart and his wife
Lorraine live in Ambler and are members of the Ambler Church
of the Brethren.

Jennifer
Johnson Delp
Jennifer and
her husband Doug live in the Souderton area. The couple has
two children. Jennifer is a Certified Public Accountant and
has served in the capacity of Treasurer and Secretary for
the PBC Board of Directors. Jennifer is in her 3rd term with
the Board and is presently serving as PBC Board Secretary.
