WHO WAS PETER BECKER

Our Mission

Through the application of Christian principles and values, we meet the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of older adults in a nurturing and caring environment.

Our Philosophy

As a non-profit, continuing care retirement community, we commit ourselves to enhancing  the quality of life of each resident and serving our surrounding community.  Through two valued resources – our dedicated staff and committed volunteers – we earnestly seek to satisfy our residents and their families.  We strive to maintain an atmosphere of mutual respect, dignity, encouragement and support, as we affirm the potential within each of us to grow as individuals and as caregivers.

Our Vision

  1. To maintain financial solvency, enabling us to support the commitments we have made to our residents.
  2. To embrace opportunities to grow programmatically, collaboratively and creatively to meet the needs of those we serve.
  3. To continue to develop and maintain a positive image of PBC among those on our own campus and throughout the greater community.
  4. To monitor proactively the conditions of our market and the trends in our field, while positioning Peter Becker Community to affect change for the benefit of those we serve.

    their own
