| Our
Mission (Reaffirmed 8/27/2007) Through the application of Christian principles and values, we meet the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of older adults in a nurturing and caring environment. |
 |
| Our
Philosophy (Amended 8/27/2007) As a non-profit, continuing care retirement community, we commit ourselves to enhancing the quality of life of each resident and serving our surrounding community. Through two valued resources – our dedicated staff and committed volunteers – we earnestly seek to satisfy our residents and their families. We strive to maintain an atmosphere of mutual respect, dignity, encouragement and support, as we affirm the potential within each of us to grow as individuals and as caregivers. |
 |
| Our
Vision |
|
- To
maintain financial solvency and strengthen the commitments
we have made to our residents.
- To
embrace opportunities to grow programmatically, collaboratively
and creatively to meet the needs of our residents and our
community.
- To
continue to develop and maintain a positive perception of
PBC among those on our own campus and throughout the greater
community.
- To
proactively monitor the conditions of our market, our community,
our region, our state and the country - positioning PBC to
assist in affecting change for the benefit of those we serve
and our industry as a whole.
