2014 Service Award Recipients
There is a great need in the senior care industry for people with a strong level of dedication and longevity. Long standing employees know the residents and can better cater to their needs. According to Harry McConnell, the Vice President of Human Resources, “Peter Becker Community is honored to have a truly dedicated workforce. It is a real comfort to our members when they see the same smiling faces each day. We think it is very important to recognize and reward employees when they reach service milestones like five, ten, fifteen, twenty, twenty-five, and thirty years.
