Since our last report on April 27, 2020, we are pleased that no new cases of COVID-19 have been reported. Further, three Personal Care residents that were tested were returned as negative for the coronavirus.
We are deeply saddened to report that one Skilled Nursing resident, who we previously reported had tested positive for COVID-19, has passed away. The deceased resident had underlying health conditions and had been on hospice prior to testing positive for COVID-19. Our hearts and prayers are with their family members, and also with our team members, who care for these residents.
We have been so blessed by the tremendous outpouring of support we have received from residents, family members and community members during such a challenging time. Your support is making a huge difference for our team members. And, thank you also for those who include Peter Becker Community and its staff in your prayers. It is deeply appreciated.
