Peter Becker Community was founded based on the Church of the Brethren values of service, integrity, simplicity and love. Our goals are to meet the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of all members of the Peter Becker Community and to create a “best place to live” environment for our residents while practicing respect for everyone who walks through our doors.

Levels of Care for All Your Needs
Residents of Peter Becker Community can enjoy it all, whether they are fully independent or need a little additional help to live safely. Residential living residents enjoy the comforts of their own home and living according to their own schedule, with full access to all the services, activities and amenities available on campus. Residents who receive our personal care services will receive a little extra help with activities of daily living from a care team that tailors events and services to the individual. Those who require 24-hour care will receive specialized, dignified support in our state-of-the-art health care center from experienced caregivers, licensed nurses, nursing assistants, therapists, nutrition specialists and life-enrichment personnel.
Compassionate Memory Care That Celebrates the Person Within
Larkspur Lane, our secure and safe memory care community, is a carefully structured environment that allows residents with memory impairment to live positive lives supported by supervision and an accessible environment. Special programming and a highly trained team help to stimulate cognitive orientation and memory function while encouraging engagement in activities and social interaction. Residents are encouraged and enabled to function at their highest level within the most accessible personal space possible. We focus on providing support that celebrates the person within, not focusing on the symptoms of their disease.

Volunteer programs at the community range from those that help residents support one another to those that reach out to one of the many area nonprofit organizations we support.
